Shoulder Conditions

The shoulder is a very complex joint, made up of several structures, and can perform several movements. It consists of the scapula (shoulder blade), clavicle (collar bone) and humerus (upper arm bone).

If the structures within the shoulder are not strong enough, this causes instability of the joint, therefore leading to potential injury.
